All IN-STOCK orders are processed within 2-5 business days. All MADE-TO-ORDER items are processed within 10-15 business days. Processing time may be longer if items are ordered in bulk. Buyers may reach out to us for specific processing time for bulk purchase.

Delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on the the location of buyers and shipping method chosen.

We make efforts to list estimated delivery times based on destinations, however, these are to give buyers general ideas so they can make their choices; they do not represent actual delivery time. Please refer to the shipping chart. Actual delivery times are affected by several factors including shipping carriers, shipping method chosen, and buyers destinations. Please note that because we ship our products worldwide, it is difficult to calculate exact delivery times for each shipping destination hence we came up with a chart that will provide buyers an idea of when to expect delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS
To ensure transparency, we try to separate shipping charges from item costs as much as possible. We offer three kinds of shipping rates: Live Shipping Rate, Calculated Shipping Rate (or Table Rate), and Free Shipping. All three rates may be displayed at checkout to allow buyers choose the option best for them. Where Free Shipping is offered, buyers should choose this option to save on shipping charges.

LIVE SHIPPING RATE
Where possible, shipping carriers display their shipping rates by the type of shipping methods that they offer and delivery destinations. This is mostly possible with items that ships from our USA warehouse to a USA destinations. US based items mostly display live shipping rates to countries worldwide, plus estimated delivery times when shipped to USA destinations.

CALCULATED SHIPPING RATE (Table Rate)
We offer calculated shipping rates, also called Table Rate, to certain destinations. Shipping cost is calculated by item weight, destination, and shipping method. These costs are added to item costs. Shipping costs charged are paid to shipping carriers to ensure smooth delivery.

FREE SHIPPING
We also offer free shipping to some destinations where this is possible. This helps buyers to save on shipping charges.

Refund Policy

Returns Policy: We offer 15 Days Returns. Item must be in original package and unused to be eligible for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for a return shipping cost. Once we receive your returned item back in our warehouse, refunds are processed and issued within 2 business days and will be sent to the same payment method used to complete the order. Buyers may also request to have their refund processed as store credit if they so wish. Store credit can be used to pay for future purchases. Please bear in mind that it could take from 5 to 10 business days for your money to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
