Customers can request for refund under certain conditions, such as defective  item, wrong item delivered, item not received. Request will be reviewed and either approved or rejected by vendor based on evidence submitted. Requests will be approved as long as acceptable evidences are provided by customers to support their claims within the time frame stated for refunds and warranties. Customer can contact Norathread admin to intervene in case of disagreement with sellers. Admin will review all claims and may override vendors position when neccessay. Buyers can receive refunds as store credit or money back to the payment account used for the transaction.
