Yes, you can change or add new payment information at checkout, or under your account settings
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a refund.
A request for returns must be made within 3 days after confirmed delivery. An item is eligible for a return or refund if it meets the criteria given below:
- Undisclosed damage to the product
- Product is not as mentioned
- Missing or wrong product
Each vendor decides their refund policy. We advise buyers to read vendors’ refund policies before making purchase. However, as a general guide, Nora Thread offers a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 15 days to send it back to the seller for a refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once seller has confirmed receipt of the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all names and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
If you want to return an item, you have to contact Nora Thread immediately. If your product is not returned within the timeframe the transaction will be completed and fund will be released to the seller.
Nora Thread has many shipping methods depending on your location and that of the seller, including USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different countries based on your location. The average shipping time is 10-15 business days.
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 10-15 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don’t have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at sales@norathread.com.
For your convenience, all products come with tracking information. It helps to avoid products being lost in transit. It further helps you see the progress of your shipment. Also, vendors are required to provide a valid tracking number to complete a transaction.
You can easily join our affiliate program by completing the form. We’ll review your application and send you confirmation email if you are eligible. Once you get confirmation mail, you can send us referral traffic through your links.
Nora Thread affiliate program is open to everyone who is willing to send traffic to our website. Influencers, YouTubers, Content Creators and Bloggers are all welcome.
There is no limit. It depends on the traffic volumes you send to us which lead to purchases. On every purchase we will give you commission.

If you have miss spelled or auto filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check that the address you gave is wrong immediately notify us via email at sales@norathread.com before the order ships. You may also contact the seller directly. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours. No refund will be given after the 12 hours of incorrect address submission.
