Prohibited Conduct

Norathread developed our Prohibited Conduct policy to prevent and protect the users from conduct that may affect their experience of using this platform.

Norathread may not be used in association with any product, transaction, or any action that in general:

• In dishonest, deceptive, or shady;
• Breach any law or government regulations, or encourage third-party parties actions;
• Effect or causes to damage Norathreads reputation;
• Violates the terms of bank, cards, or any other payment transfer network;

By using our Services, you agree not to be involved in the following Prohibited Conduct:

• Using the platform for any illegal activity or in violation of any national, or international law or regulation;
• Encourage others to violate;
• Get involved in security-related features of the service, including Reverse Engineering and disabling features that limit copying of any content;
• Uploading any spam, virus, adware, spyware, or malicious codes;
• Performing any shady activity, accessing any sensitive information without permission, or providing false information to Norathread.

If Norathread  suspects prohibited conduct has occurred, Norathread may take the following actions on account: 

• Norathread may verify users by using a third party verification system.
• Norathread may prohibit a user from using any services provided by Norathread.
• Norathread may remove an item, suspend an account, or may hold funds after a suspension.

(Note) Norathread may update the list of Prohibited Conduct from time to time.

Norathread restricts users from participating in the following actions:

Accounts

• Having more than one accounts
• Creating a new account after being partially or permanently banned from the platform
• Providing wrong information while registering for an account
• Providing wrong information for W-9

Transactions

• Dealing payments outside of Norathread
• Dealing payment in person or off of Norathread
• Encouraging a direct transfer of a product
• Two members purchasing each other’s items after lowering the rates
• Using Norathread for money laundering
• Using Norathread to transfer funds yourself
• Returns unauthorized by Norathread
• Shipping directly from the manufacturing place

Listings

• List an item that is not for sale
• Listing item without ambition to sell
• Listing item for certain users only
• Listing an unauthorized item
• Creating multiple listings for one item
• Listing that provides false information related to the item
• List item in an unrelated category
• Setting a false brand
• Listing an item for free
• Listing someone’s personal information
• Listing an item you don’t have in possession
• Use of wrong item’s pictures for the listing

Solicitations

• Soliciting users to provide personal information
• Soliciting transactions to other platforms or website
• Soliciting users to an external platform

Other:

• Copyright
• Posting incorrect information
• Spamming
• Indecent behavior
• Trolling
• Threats
